Account ManagerSeeking a Bilingual Manager to supervise an account in the Downtown Area (hours are from 4:30pm- 12:30am). Manager must be prepared and able to cover any cleaning run. The account Manager must have strong communication skills and computer skills. Previous supervisor experience a plus but not required. Manage the cleaning operations of specific building(s) to satisfy the customer contract and Modern Maintenance’s standards. Responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with customers and providing a high response level to any questions or concerns from the customer. Adhere to and help enforce the Modern Maintenance’s company policy, as well as interact productively and positively with all staff. · Assist in training of all cleaning employees, ensuring that all employees have a complete understanding of the company policy, procedures, and expectations.·Work with other vendors along with the Day Porter (if there is one).·Efficiently maintain employees work schedules daily.· Keep account on budget with labor hours.· Supervise cleaning employees, making sure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness.·Make sure all work is completed in a timely manner.· Maintain control of establishment keys in accordance with building procedures and building security.·Ensure all employees have sufficient cleaning supplies and the knowledge of how to use the supplies properly.·Order monthly supplies.·Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior, ensuring all employees are adhering to grooming and conduct standards.· Evaluate employee performance, conduct on-the-job training and coaching when necessary, and initiate disciplinary action of employees when appropriate.· Utilize leadership skills and motivational techniques to maximize team member productivity and satisfaction.· Promote a safe, disciplined environment with adherence to the company policy and procedures.· Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to District Manager and Human Resources.· Communicates special on-site job requirements.· Schedules all projects and enter projects in TEAM/EHUB.· Maintain the Quality Control Book, Program Book, and EHUB time and check point.· Correct any customer dissatisfaction the same day/night and keep the District Manager advised of any problem situations.Modern Maintenance was founded in 1982.
