As we prepare for our 2026 launch, we’re looking for an Account Manager to help manage client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and ensure a high standard of performance and communication across accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
- Manage direct mail and email campaigns from kickoff through launch and optimization
- Coordinate audience strategy, creative development, and campaign timelines
- Communicate performance insights and results clearly to clients
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive updates and strategic guidance
- 2 years of experience in account management, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and data-driven campaigns
- Comfortable working with growth-focused brands and cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Clear communicator who can translate strategy into action
- Experience with direct mail or retention marketing
- Familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo, Shopify, or CRM tools
- Agency or startup experience
