Freshly Printed: The Role You've Been Looking For We are seeking a reliable, full-time permanent employee to help coordinate the shipment of finished printed products to ensure on-time delivery. As a Shipping Clerk, you'll play a vital role in our daily operations and be the connection between production, customers, and delivery services.
From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process
- Maintain accurate and timely preparation, coordination, and tracking of all outgoing shipments
- Enter data into shipping system
- Read and interpret job tickets
- Communicate regularly with internal teams, customers, and shipping providers
- Perform physical activities such as lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Maintain a strong focus on detail, quality, and safety
The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed
- A dependable work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and instructions
- Comfortable entering data into shipping software
- Good attendance record and ability to follow standard work methods
- Experience with shipping/receiving processes preferred
- Willingness to occasionally assist or guide others on tasks as needed
Your Production Schedule:
- Monday - Friday; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
