Freshly Printed: The Role You've Been Looking For
As a Full-Time Stacker at Modern Litho, you'll be an essential part of our folding and bindery team. Working alongside machine operators, you'll help ensure that printed materials are handled with care and precision as they come off the machine. Your primary responsibilities include catching folded pieces, stacking them neatly on pallets, and preparing them for the next stage of production.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that's perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. No prior printing experience required-just a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to stay organized while on your feet!
From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process
- Catching and stacking folded printed materials as they come off the folder machine
- Aligning and arranging products neatly on pallets for further processing
- Assisting Operators with setup, cleanup, and changeovers as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Monitoring product for defects or inconsistencies
- Following safety procedures and production guidelines
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals
The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed
- Must have strong attendance and good work ethic, as this role directly supports another team member
- Must be quality-minded and pay attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and organization
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift
- Must be team-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious
- No prior printing or bindery experience required, training will be provided
- Ability to work overtime when needed
Your Production Schedule:
12-hour shifts - Day and Night openings available.
- Monday - Wednesday:
Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
- Thursday - Saturday:
Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
