Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Microsoft Office Instructor, based in Southern California, CA. The Instructor will be responsible for designing and conducting engaging Microsoft Office training sessions, catering to various skill levels. Responsibilities include creating course materials, delivering interactive lectures and hands-on exercises, and assessing student progress. The instructor will provide guidance in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance participants' productivity and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge and teaching experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong instructional design and teaching skills, with experience in creating and delivering tailored training curriculums
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess student needs and adapt teaching strategies effectively
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and remote training techniques is a plus
- Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or related credentials preferred
