Modern Jane Solutions is seeking a bilingual Client Access & Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking services. This role manages incoming calls, referral coordination, and intake scheduling to ensure timely access to care and a positive client experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and messages, and website inquiries
- Conduct initial intake calls and gather essential information
- Route referrals to appropriate clinicians or service lines
- Schedule new client appointments and maintain referral tracking logs
- Coordinate insurance for new referrals with billing team
- Follow up on pending inquiries to ensure referral conversion
- Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
- Support front-office operations during high-volume periods
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling systems, electronic records, and virtual platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in customer service
- Previous experience working working with clients/individuals over the phone
- Previous experience working in a professional setting speaking in both English and Spanish
