Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Junior Applications Analyst/Developer to support the development, integration, administration, and continuous improvement of business applications across the organization. Working closely with and learning from the Business Applications Manager, this role spans ERP, CRM, eCommerce, AI initiatives, reporting, system integrations, and general IT operations. The ideal candidate is technically curious, eager to learn new business systems, and comfortable contributing to a wide range of projects — from software development to end-user support.



What you will do:

  • Research business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI technologies; develop and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and other approved tools.
  • Assist in implementing workflow automation, intelligent reporting, and knowledge management solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain company websites and web applications, ensuring they are secure, responsive, and optimized for performance and SEO.
  • Develop and maintain eCommerce solutions integrated with ERP and CRM systems, supporting online ordering, payment processing, and product catalog functionality.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining APIs, integrations, and middleware solutions; troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
  • Learn and support Infor CSD ERP, Infor CRM, and related business applications.
  • Assist with documentation, SOP development, and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide end-user support for computers, printers, mobile devices, and software applications.
  • Assist with networking, security, hardware deployment, and infrastructure projects; troubleshoot connectivity, system access, and technology-related issues.
  • Perform other duties as required to support business needs.



Skills you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software development, business systems, web development, IT support, or related technical fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience participating in or supporting AI initiatives, including AI-powered automation, AI agents, Copilot solutions, machine learning projects, or business process optimization using AI technologies.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
  • Preferred: Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, .NET, Java, REST APIs, Microsoft Copilot/Power Platform, ERP/CRM/eCommerce systems, or BI/reporting tools.


Training will be provided for Infor CSD ERP, Infor CRM, CPQ, and BI reporting platforms, as well as infrastructure support. Candidates with strong application development, integration, and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply even without prior Infor experience.

The company offers a 401k plan where employees can contribute and begin receiving the company match after 3 months of employment. The Plan provides a matching contribution of 50% on the first 5% of compensation deferred.


Location, Availability, and Hours:

This position will be based out of our office in Dent, OH, about 15 minutes outside of Downtown Cincinnati. This position is fully on site, Monday- Friday from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.
