The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs in residential apartments. Including troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining apartment systems, appliances and facilities.Routine Maintenance & RepairsGeneral repairs in apartments, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance issues.Plumbing:Leaky faucetsRunning toiletsInstallation of toilets/supply linesInstallation of faucetsClogged drainsUnclogging resetting garbage disposals.Minor leaksElectrical:Replacing light bulbs and fuses/circuit breakers.Installation/repairing of minor electrical outlets including GFCi Appliances:Minor appliance repairs such as installing elements.Installation of appliances.Installation of water heatersHVAC:Installation of thermostats.Installation of filters.Must be certified to work with refrigerant.Other:Minor drywall repair of holes. Fabrication of window screens/installation of window screens.Adjusting doors and windows for proper fit.Installation of doors.Installation of door handles.
