What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Modern Home?
Our Sales Associates have the opportunity to engage with customers as they enter our store and help them through the process of furnishing their space. Our expectation is to provide the highest level of customer service and a Sales Associate is compensated according to their efforts.
Our new team member needs to be friendly, courteous and work well with others. One on one interactions with customers should be natural and enjoyable. The ability to communicate well is essential. An interest in home decor & home furnishings is a great plus.
