Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating and cooling systems
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain necessary repairs
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to prioritize service calls
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in HVAC service
- EPA certification
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
