Department Overview
The LDRP team provides comprehensive labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care, including services for newborns, in a family-centered and medically safe environment. All team members are trained to deliver GYN surgical care, ensuring a high standard of patient care.
Position Requirements
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license is required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification is mandatory.
- AHA ACLS and NRP certifications are required.
- PALS certification is preferred.
- Verification of high school diploma or equivalent is required due to College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.
- STABLE certification is preferred.
- Perinatal RNC certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in the stabilization of high-risk neonates is preferred.
- Basic fetal monitoring skills are preferred.
Experience and Education
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Triage, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery is required.
Shift Information
This position requires night shifts with rotating weekends. Holiday coverage is required.
