Responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of artificial turf installation, including site preparation, base work, turf installation, and finishing.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform physical labor associated with excavation, grading, material placement, and installation.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment as assigned.
- Follow direction from Foremen and Crew Leads while working effectively with the installation team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Follow company installation procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Assist with additional project-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in Florida weather conditions.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required.
- Dependable transportation to and from the yard or assigned jobsite.
- Experience in artificial turf, landscaping, pavers, concrete, or general construction is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver's license required for employees assigned driving responsibilities.
