What You’ll Do:
- Set up and tear down banquet and event spaces
- Support culinary team with food prep and guest service
- Deliver excellent, on-time service throughout the event
- Keep the space tidy, efficient, and up to our quality standards
- Collaborate with teammates and ensure guests feel welcomed
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Prior banquet/catering/restaurant experience (2 years preferred)
- Availability on at least two weekends per month
- Their own reliable transportation (events are held at various locations within a 40-mile radius)
- The ability to lift 30 lbs and stay on their feet for long stretches
- A warm personality and a true “guest-first” mindset
Nice Extras (Not Required):
- High-volume restaurant or bar experience
- Leadership potential and team-building instincts
- Quick learner with an eye for detail
Compensation & Perks:
$17–$20 per hour
$125 bonus for every 4 consecutive events worked
