Modern Focus Experience, a growing photo booth company, is looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy, creative, and personable individual to join our team in a hybrid role that combines event support with day-to-day administrative work.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both being on-site at events and working behind the scenes to help the business run smoothly.
You will need to be flexible and available evenings and weekends for events, with additional weekday hours (2–4 hours/day) that can be completed either in-office and remotely.
Your role will include:
Event Attendant Responsibilities:
- Picking up equipment, driving to the venue, and setting up the photo booth
- Interacting with guests and maintaining the booth throughout the event
- Tearing down the booth and returning equipment
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise on-site
Administrative & Creative Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and assisting with lead follow-up
- Managing and scheduling social media content
- Helping prepare materials and logistics for upcoming events
- Assisting with basic CRM management and organization
Schedule & hours:
- Event shifts: typically 4–8 hours (most are 6–7 hours), a few times per month
- Admin hours: approximately 2–4 hours per day (flexible, remote or in-office)
The ideal candidate it:
Fun, outgoing, reliable, and highly organized. You’re comfortable interacting with guests one day and handling emails or social media the next. You’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 18 years old
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Enjoys interacting with guests - you are the face of our business at events
- Has their own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Is able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Is available after 2:00 PM on some weekdays and on weekends
- Is able to plan and commit to events at least a month in advance
Bonus Skills (not required, but a plus):
- Graphic design experience
- Photography or DSLR familiarity
- Experience with CRMs (HoneyBook, etc.)
Compensation:
- Event attendants earn up to $25/hour (typically $125–$175 per event) tips and bonuses
- Admin hours paid separately (based on experience)
- Paid training at $18/hour (typically 2–3 weeks)
