Responsibilities
- As a Master Technician you will be required to perform complex diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and pre-delivery on agricultural and some small construction equipment along with Precision Farming hardware and software products.
- Provide customers with excellent customer service and respect
- Being an expert entails: staying up to date with training and assisting other technicians with unresolved issues on occasion as an expert
- Complete accurate, detailed, and timely documentation
- 5 years of experience performing service repairs
- Master Service Technician certification preferred
- Are mechanically skilled, Customer-focused, self-driven, and an independent problem-solver who can work in a fast-paced environment
- Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work.
- Associate’s Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program preferred
