Post-Bar Clerk/Associate

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking 3Ls graduating in December and sitting for the February 2026 Bar exam, OR Graduating in May and sitting for the July 2026 Bar Exam, to become Post-Bar Law Clerks/Associates in Colorado.  This role is remote, but you must sit for the Bar, and plan to reside, in the state you are applying to.

Program Details:

Post-Bar Law Clerks at Modern Family Law will join the firm after sitting for the Bar Exam, and receive training and mentorship from our devoted Learning & Development team in preparation for their transition to an Associate Attorney after successful passage of the bar.

This salary is a reasonably reliable estimate that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. • Juris Doctorate completed by 2026
• Completion of the State Bar Exam in February 2026 OR July 2026
• Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus.
• Mock Trial experience is a plus.
