Duties
- Supervise and motivate a team of canvassers to ensure effective door-to-door outreach campaigns targeting roofing, windows, and siding projects
- Develop and implement trade show lead generation.
- Conduct training sessions for new team members on sales techniques, customer service, and safety protocols
- Coordinate daily canvassing schedules, assign territories, and monitor team performance to meet campaign goals
- Engage directly with potential customers through door-to-door visits, telemarketing calls, and community events to promote services
- Experience
- Proven supervising experience leading sales or canvassing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in marketing strategies, customer service, and direct sales techniques
- Experience conducting door-to-door sales or telemarketing campaigns within the home improvement or construction industry preferred
