At Modern Endo of Napa we are looking for a dynamic, goal oriented team member to join us as a Front Office Coordinator.
As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be managing all aspects of the front office including patient and referring office communications, scheduling, billing, collections and marketing.
You will coordinate, integrate and represent all facets of patient services. Meet and greet patients making them feel welcomed and relaxed. Answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner, schedule appointments, communicate with patients regarding financial and scheduling options, maintain patient records and coordinate patient flow.
You will manage and control the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule in order to meet the practice needs. Compile data in practice management software and Microsoft Office and operate office equipment to maintain business records and reports. Administer the day-to-day activities of the business. Assisting the endodontist and operations manager with other tasks as assigned.
You will help us make quality dentistry financially available to patients. Communicate with patients regarding their treatment plan and insurance coverage, help find the best way for the patient to finance the recommended treatment and make appropriate financial arrangements with patients.
You will ensure that the highest quality work standards are maintained, along with planning the overall workload, communication, and adherence to the practice's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities & Skills
- Proficient with office equipment and computer software including Microsoft Office and is able to master the dental management software and insurance claims program used by the practice.
- Proficient at scheduling; efficiency for dentist and a priority on patient care.
- Proficient with dental billing, collections, and insurance procedures is a plus.
- Dependable in collecting all required information from various sources to provide complete and accurate patient records for appointment scheduling.
- Organized, motivated, committed and self-directed.
- Has a cheerful demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
- Highly-developed interpersonal skills including communication and listening skills, attitude, exhibiting a professional, energetic, proactive and enthusiastic demeanor.

- Supports other office team roles as needed for success.
- Must possess strong ethical compass in line with Modern Endo philosophy.
- Experience as a dental assistant would be helpful but not required.
- Bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish).
- 2 years front office experience preferred.

Required Experience:
- Dental Office Experience
- Previous Front Office experience is required. A qualified candidate will have previous experience in a administrative role, preferably in the dental field, strong interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
