Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working within a fast-paced factory environment and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Supply resins to flow bins based on lots and production codes.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment in a safe manner.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Complete various physical tasks assigned by the department supervisor.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials within the manufacturing facility
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required
