What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Modern Dental LLC?
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. It is important that candidate possess outstanding customer service skills and is able to make each customer feel welcome and comfortable while at our facility. Candidate must also possess the ability to multi-task, while remaining organized
- Keep front office organized and clutter free
- Greet the patient’s as they arrive and make them comfortable
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide information for callers, schedule patients as needed
- Process payments (cash, credit card, insurance check, personal check, EFT & Bank check)
- Filing out all required paperwork
- Filing any and all paperwork and files in their designated area
- Go over proposed treatment plans with patients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

- Associate (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
