*Qualified candidates with 5 years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
- Travel to local dentist offices to assist chairside in capturing high-accuracy 3D digital images of a patient’s mouth using an intraoral scanner
- Utilize Magic Touch software and other computer programs to download digital scans and prescriptions and create work orders to be sent for production
- Perform Data Entry functions for incoming and outgoing digital files
- Perform other CAD/CAM functions in lab as directed
- Provide excellent customer service, internal and external, via email, phone and in person
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Dental Assistant or lab technician
- Knowledge in computer programs (word, excel, outlook, photoshop, and/or audio applications), as well as Magic Touch system preferred
- High attention to detail - evaluating scans to ensure all necessary areas of the mouth are captured clearly, making rescans if needed
- 3Shape EXOCAD experience preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have ability to travel locally to dental offices
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
