Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator
(MUST HAVE PRIOR DENTAL EXPERIENCE)
We are a busy, PPO/Fee For Service patient-focused general dental practice seeking a reliable and experienced Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator to join our team... leading to office manager position.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing dental insurance claims and billing
- Entering payments accurately into Dentrix
- Verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility
- Completing detailed insurance breakdowns
- Communicating effectively with patients and insurance companies
- Checking patients in and out
- Calculating and Collecting Copays
- Scheduling and Confirming Appointments
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a dental office (required)
- Proficiency with Dentrix software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional, friendly demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
- Looking for someone who is able to work Monday - Friday (Full Time)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
