About the Position
Our St. Petersburg location is a large, high-volume practice, serving hundreds of patients each month. We're looking for someone who can confidently lead a busy office while maintaining an exceptional patient experience and fostering a positive team culture.
The ideal candidate is an organized, solutions-oriented leader who can balance the demands of a thriving practice while motivating their team and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the administrative team
- Oversee day-to-day office operations
- Ensure an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
- Manage scheduling efficiency, production, collections, and key performance indicators
- Partner with doctors and leadership to achieve practice goals
- Support treatment acceptance and patient retention
- Hire, onboard, and mentor team members
- Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Create a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Previous dental office management experience required
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing a busy, high-volume dental practice preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental practice management software is preferred
