Position Overview
Modern Day Roofing is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to support both customer service and inside sales operations.
This role combines responsibilities from our Director of First Impressions (DFI) and Inside Sales Support (ISS) positions. You will serve as one of the first points of contact for homeowners while also helping manage proposals, schedules, and communication throughout the sales process.
This position plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive a professional, organized, and smooth experience from the first call to the final installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails professionally
- Schedule roofing inspections and appointments
- Manage customer information and job files in our CRM system (AccuLynx)
- Build and send proposals using company templates
- Process signed contracts and customer payments
- Assist with financing paperwork when applicable
- Send appointment confirmations and follow-up communication
- Maintain an organized and accurate install calendar
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
Preferred experience includes:
- Customer service or administrative experience
- Sales support or office coordination experience
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Experience in construction, roofing, or home services is a plus, but not required.
