What You'll Do
- Schedule appointments across 10 locations and 20 providers
- Learn and apply each provider's specific scheduling rules
- Resolve patient needs on the first call whenever possible
- Transfer calls to the appropriate team or department as needed
- Meet the expectation of handling 100 calls per day
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
