Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Project Manager based in Fenton, MO. In this role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of project delivery, from initiation to successful completion. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while coordinating across teams to ensure deliverables align with client expectations. You will also actively engage in communication with stakeholders, manage risks, and provide leadership to motivate and guide the project team through each phase.

- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with experience in leading complex initiatives and meeting organizational goals
- Excellent Team Leadership and collaboration abilities to effectively guide cross-functional teams and foster a cooperative environment
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively convey ideas, updates, and progress to team members and stakeholders
- Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred
- Experience in AV/IT systems or technology integration is a must
- Experience with System Integrator (D-Tools) and HubSpot CRM a plus
