What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Parts Driver position at Modern Chevrolet?
Modern Chevrolet Parts Warehouse of Winston-Salem has an immediate opening for an Automotive PT Parts Driver. Come join the team of talented parts professionals at Modern Chevrolet of Winston-Salem. Responsibilities for this position include:
- Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors
- Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up
- Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery
- Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry
- Unloads truck each night, returning all paperwork and undelivered parts
Qualified candidates will be highly organized and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Applicants may be asked occasionally to lift up to 70 lbs. A High school diploma or GED is required.
