Responsibilities and Duties:
Registered Nurse would be responsible for:
-uploading doctor's notes into an individual's file within a timely manner
-ensuring adequate amounts of medicine are available for clients at all times
-communicating with house staff about any medical changes for the client
-administer injections as needed
-communicate with case managers, family members, guardians, and doctors as needed
-identifies client care requirements by establishing a personal rapport with potential and established clients
-daily observation of clients to ensure all client needs are being met and program plans are being followed
-assess client medical needs and implement provider orders
-teaching clients to understand conditions, medications and self-care skills
-perform medication administration training as required
-maintains and orders nursing supplies inventory, daily determination of medication needs and supplies
-assists with management of incidents that occur at all locations
-participating in on-call rotation as needed and answering medical related questions as needed
Qualifications:
Current RN licensure issued by the KY Board of Nursing
Experience in working with clients in a residential setting, home health-care experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Current CPR/ First Aid
Blood Borne Pathogens
Computer skills appreciated, and a love for people required!

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
