Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Maker and bring craftsmanship and precision to custom cabinetry projects. Duties

  • Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation
  • Fabricate components from various materials including wood, metal, and composite products
  • Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, sealing, caulking, and painting to achieve a polished look
  • Install fixtures, hardware, doors, siding, trim carpentry elements, and other related components on-site or in manufacturing settings
  • Conduct heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely while adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure specifications are met and projects stay on schedule

Skills

  • Extensive experience with woodworking, cabinetry fabrication, and fixture installation
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws) and power tools (e.g., drills, sanders) for precise craftsmanship
  • Knowledge of construction estimating, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and remodeling is a plus
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites or manufacturing floors
  • Familiarity with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and mold remediation techniques
  • Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols along with experience working on diverse construction projects such as rebar installation or concrete forming
