As a Customer Service Specialist on our team, your primary role will be to support the sales efforts of the outside salesperson and various order fulfillment activities in an inside sales capacity. Additional Qualifications For a Customer Service Specialist Position Include
- Computer skills, including data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction
- Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task in a fast paced and friendly environment
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales and customer service experience
