Center Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and achieving revenue goals. They ensure that all staff members are performing their jobs effectively and that clients are receiving excellent service.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least five years in a medical spa setting
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Knowledge of aesthetic and wellness medical spa procedures and services
- At least two years experience in a management role
- Passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide clients with a consistent, on-brand client experience through professional, attentive and competent service
- Maintain processes to achieve the overall client experience through steps and service
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including check-in/check-out, client forms, room management, schedule supervision, client records, payment collection, retail sales, reconciliations, marketing goals, revenue goals, and office maintenance and cleanliness
- Provide support and oversight of all office employees, including marketing staff and service providers; uphold a positive company culture by recognizing performance, identifying areas of opportunity, and taking corrective action
- Ensure front office operations are efficient and profitable by supporting team members to meet sales and profitability goals
- Support training and education of team members
- Conduct client complaint resolution
- Maintain overall office standards through proper implementation of operational processes, including inventory, cleanliness, and compliance
- Attend on-site and off-site events to promote business and build relationships
- Assist marketing personnel with content creation and support current marketing initiatives
Typical Physical Demands
Work may require sitting for long periods of time, and also stooping, bending and stretching for files and supplies. Employee will occasionally be asked to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds. Position requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, operate a computer, telephone, calculator, copier, and such other office equipment as necessary. Vision must be correctable to 20/20 and hearing must be in the normal range for telephone contacts. Position also requires viewing computer screens and typing for extended periods of time.

Work is performed in a reception/lounge area, and involves frequent contact with clients.
