Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and supervise the Assisted Living team in alignment with company policies and state regulations.
- Lead with compassion and clear communication to build a strong, engaged, high-performing team.
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing education to ensure team members are equipped to support residents, including those living with dementia.
- Coordinate staffing to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements while supporting budgeted goals.
- Conduct pre-move-in assessments, ongoing care plan updates, and continuous monitoring of residents’ health and wellness.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including service plans, care profiles, assessments, and daily assignments.
- Collaborate closely with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and external agencies to support holistic care.
- Identify and respond to changes in resident condition; ensure appropriate follow-up and communication.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate programs and activities that support the physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being of Assisted Living residents.
- Ensure the neighborhood environment reflects dignity, safety, comfort, and meaningful engagement.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and prepare for state inspections and surveys.
- Participate in daily Stand-Up meetings and support budget planning and management.
- Maintain inventory, safety standards, and a well-organized care environment.
- Support census development through referral engagement and community tours.

- Demonstrate genuine compassion for older adults and a commitment to Inspired Hospitality.
- Two years of college in gerontology, nursing, social work, or related field preferred; licensed professionals strongly encouraged to apply.
- Two (2) years of experience in residential care or dementia-specific programming preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform scheduling, budgeting, and documentation responsibilities with accuracy.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and office equipment.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role and maintain good overall health.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting older adults and their families.
- Ability and willingness to drive a community vehicle/van if required.
Salary : $55,000 - $62,000
