What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle for small projects, from responding to leads and qualifying prospects to preparing estimates and presenting contracts
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project and warranty period
- Prepare accurate contracts with clearly defined scope, exclusions, and assumptions
- Partner with internal teams and subcontractors for seamless handoff to production
- Represent Model Remodel at trade shows, networking events, and industry outreach opportunities
- 5 years of construction/remodeling experience and 5 years in remodeling sales
- Proven track record in estimating, contract preparation, and closing sales
- Strong knowledge of building practices, methods, and scheduling
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM/project management tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, respectful, trustworthy, and collaborative with a client-first mindset

- Ability to work at a computer or desk area for extended periods of time and use color-sensitive tools
- Ability to operate measuring tools (tape measures, laser devices) and safely drive to locations within King County
- Competitive Salary $70k–$80k DOE Commissions
