Duties:
- Prepare and issue accurate quotes to sales based on pricing guidelines, customer specifications, and product/service
- Review and interpret sales inquiries and quote requests to determine quoting
- Provide timely responses to sales questions regarding pricing, part options, and product/service
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and production engineering teams to ensure quotes align with internal capabilities and customer expectations.
- Maintain and update quote records, canned jobs and pricing files
- Create and manage canned jobs in Excede
- Identify opportunities to improve quoting accuracy, speed, and customer
- Manage Hubspot quote tickets and complete assigned tasks
- Assist in parts procurement and pricing for specialty jobs by coordinating closely with Purchasing
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in sales support, quoting, or a related role
- 4 years of experience in bus service or operations industry
- Strong knowledge of quoting processes, pricing guidelines, and sales support best
- Proficient in using CRM systems g. Hubspot and quoting software eg. Excede
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review specifications and determine accurate part/labor
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast – paced
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds
