Position Summary
The Bath Installer is responsible for independently installing bathtubs, showers, and related bathroom systems while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. This role is ideal for an experienced installer with a strong plumbing background, as plumbing knowledge is essential for successful installations.
As the primary point of contact during the installation process, the Bath Installer is responsible for creating a positive customer experience through professional communication, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include safely demolishing existing bath and shower systems, installing new plumbing and bathroom products, maintaining a clean and organized job site, and ensuring every installation meets MODbath's quality standards.
The Bath Installer is also responsible for completing all required documentation, including CRM updates and installation photos.
Key Responsibilities
- Install bathtubs, showers, and related products according to MODbath quality standards.
- Safely and efficiently remove existing bath and shower systems.
- Coordinate with plumbing partners when necessary to ensure proper plumbing installation and system integration.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation, providing updates and answering questions.
- Protect the customer's home by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Ensure all installations are level, watertight, properly aligned, and free of defects.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean, safe working condition.
- Update customer records in the CRM with installation notes, completed work, and any issues encountered.
- Upload photos of completed installations for documentation and quality assurance.
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer preferences, product concerns, or installation opportunities that may improve future projects.
Work Schedule
Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required during peak seasons or to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience installing bath and shower systems is preferred but not necessary.
- Candidates with plumbing experience or a strong understanding of residential plumbing systems will be especially successful in this role.
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with subcontractors, installers, and sales teams.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
