Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our affiliates. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of affiliates, develop new business from existing affiliates and analyze performance. The Account Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support sales in meeting its objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and build strong, long-term client relationship and maintain frequent contact
- Generate new business using existing affiliate network
- Report on the status of the accounts and transactions
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain sales & production systems
- Coordinate with all other departments within the company
- Strong excel skills a plus
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Excellent listening, negotiation & presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and handle pressure and deadlines
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Hard working and goal oriented
- Self-starter and proactive
