About the Role:

As a Home Health Caregiver with Modani Care, you will be responsible for providing a range of services to our clients, including:

• Bathing, cleaning, and dressing clients
• Assisting with grooming and personal hygiene
• Preparing and serving meals
• Providing essential transportation to appointments and errands
• Assisting with laundry and other household tasks
• Supporting clients with eating and mealtime activities

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, and move clients as needed
• Experience with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 4:30pm
