What you will do:
- Develop technical knowledge on manufacturing equipment and processes automation systems.
- Support resolution of equipment breakdowns and quality issues in the suites.
- Conduct troubleshooting and technical analyses on manufacturing equipment and processes automation systems including PI data analyses, review/troubleshooting code, etc.
- Assist with tech transfer, projects and process improvements as needed.
- Perform all work safely and meet the requisite training requirements.
- Initiates change controls and participates in all aspects of the change controls process.
- Complete change request lot assessments to support lot release.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree is required (Engineering or Computer Science Strongly preferred; STEM degree is required).
- 5-10 years of related work experience.
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Emerson DeltaV, Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley), Siemens) and HMI development (e.g., FactoryTalk View, Wonderware).
- Experience with SCADA systems, data historians (e.g., OSI PI), and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus).Solid understanding of cGMP regulations and GAMP 5 guidelines.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems and perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
