Moda Organic Salon & Spa is seeking a talented, motivated, and guest-focused Hairstylist/Cosmetologist to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional hair services including precision cutting, coloring, blonding, balayage, dimensional color, styling, treatments, and extensions.
- Conduct thorough consultations and create customized service plans based on each guest's lifestyle and goals.
- Build lasting relationships by delivering an exceptional guest experience from consultation through checkout.
- Recommend professional home-care products to help guests maintain healthy, beautiful hair.
- Maintain accurate client records and service notes.
- Keep your station and work areas clean while following all sanitation and safety standards.
- Participate in salon education, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Support a positive, team-first culture that encourages collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
- Contribute to salon goals through guest retention, retail recommendations, and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Cosmetology License.
- Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and modern hair techniques.
- Excellent consultation and communication skills.
- Passion for continuing education and staying current with industry trends.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Existing clientele is welcomed but not required.
