Position Summary
This is a temporary part-time hybrid position based in Portland, Oregon. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused candidate to join our Account Management team in support of Open Enrollment meetings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping members understand their insurance benefits and providing exceptional customer service. This position will report directly to the Director of Government Programs and will attend Open Enrollment and benefit fairs throughout the State of Oregon.
Pay Range
$33.01 - $41.28 hourly (depending on experience)
*Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range.

Required Skills, Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Maintains a valid driver’s license.
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare insurance industry, preferred.
- Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
Primary Functions:
- Learn and maintain knowledge of employee benefit plans.
- Provide timely and professional customer service.
- Explain benefits and insurance information clearly and accurately.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions & Contact with Others
Internally with Sales. Externally with office managers and HR departments of school districts and other entities. Has contact with members of health insurance plans.
- Extensive travel throughout the state of Oregon.
