Residential Property Manager, Great Work Environment!

We are a Denver-based residential property management company looking to add another property manager to our team. Our company has cultivated a great small office work environment where you will be surrounded by other qualified and motivated individuals. We have been in business for 19 years and are looking for someone to help us grow who will maintain our high quality of our service. Our management portfolio includes primarily single family home/town home/condo properties and is continuing to grow. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree, their real estate license, and a minimum of 2 years experience in managing rental properties. We are looking for someone who wants to master this trade and be a leader in the industry.Responsibilities will include:Oversight of leasing of vacant properties, ad preparation, placement, showings and lease signingResponse to phone/email/text leadsCoordination of move ins and quality control for move insScheduling and budgeting of repairsResolving customer service issues with owners and tenantsProperty InspectionsMarketing and New client acquisitionDeposit refundsLease renewal evaluation and presentationEvictions, court appearance, coordination and negotiationsDelinquent Account follow upWe utilize a number of user-friendly softwares and web based apps. No specific experience on any of them is required. The ideal candidate will need to be able to use various technologies and have strong written and verbal communication skills.Colorado Real Estate License is RequiredWe are off site managers so this position is part office/part out of office while on site at various properties, as such you will need:-Reliable Vehicle, proof of insurance required, mileage reimbursed at federal rate-Smart Phone with data plan sufficient to use needed apps/email/calendarThe schedule varies seasonally: we are closed Sundays, Saturdays often required, schedule fluctuates 8-5 (winter) 9-6 (summer)Compensation DOE but base salary range $65,000-80,000 plus bonuses and commissions.
