MOD designs modular power and lighting solutions that fuse functionality with design. We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Ops Coordinator to help keep our internal engine running—from quoting and customer service to fulfillment and reporting.
Responsibilities
Order Management & Fulfillment
- Enter informal and formal quotes, create part numbers, and release daily orders
- Prepare Spiff forms, RMA requests, rework sheets, and shipping confirmations
- Track and process customer orders, invoices, and open POs
- Manage container priorities, factory lists, and support custom orders
Customer Service & Communication
- Handle retail and wholesale service via email, Chatbox, and follow-ups
- Qualify portal customers, send confirmations, and support morning huddles
- Assist with RMA reviews, product training, and communication with reps
Reporting & Coordination
- Generate weekly sales reports and Haworth forecasts
- Review open order sheets, arrange sales data, and file tracking paperwork
- Support biweekly quote reviews, inventory audits, and compare open POs with factory
Qualifications
- 2 years in sales support, operations, or customer service
- Experience with Excel and CRM tools like HubSpot
- Experience with quoting, invoicing, and order management preferred
- Excellent communication across departments (Sales, Ops, Factory)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a growing environment
