Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cerritos, CA. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, supporting sales initiatives, and managing projects. Daily tasks include content creation, communication with stakeholders, and administrative support for marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting market research and compiling insights on consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Support the development and distribution of marketing materials to sales teams and customers
- Help organize and maintain a library of marketing assets, including product sheets, presentations, and promotional content
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, promotional events, and marketing campaigns
- Manage timelines and task lists to ensure marketing projects meet deadlines
- Assist in content creation for email campaigns, social media posts, and product announcements
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, engagement)
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to support campaign execution and event planning
- Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases with accurate customer and lead information
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging and branding
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and event coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
