As our Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, launching new products, solving technical challenges, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that keep our operations running at their best.
What You'll Do
✔ Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
✔ Troubleshoot production challenges and implement solutions
✔ Support new product launches from development to production
✔ Analyze process data to drive continuous improvement
✔ Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams
✔ Help maintain industry-leading quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, or related field)
✔ 2 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing (plastics, extrusion, or polymer processing preferred)
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Passion for continuous improvement and teamwork
