Position Overview
We're seeking a Marketing Director to own the overall marketing strategy for Mockins — shaping brand positioning, building the marketing team, overseeing key growth channels, and using data and KPIs to drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand positioning and overall marketing strategy, ensuring a unified identity across all channels
- Lead, develop, and set priorities for the marketing team
- Drive email marketing strategy as a key growth and retention channel
- Establish, track, and analyze marketing KPIs, ROI, and performance
- Oversee paid media strategy, including Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
- Guide content and campaign strategy while ensuring a consistent brand voice
- Lead product launches and major marketing initiatives
- Use market, customer, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
Qualifications
- 3 years of marketing leadership experience, including team management
- Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset
- Experience developing brand and growth strategies
- Familiarity with email marketing, paid advertising, and digital analytics
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- E-commerce or consumer product experience preferred
