Cashier Staff - Grand Rapids

We are a dessert shop that serves Mochi Donuts, Korean Rice Flour Hotdogs, and Bubble Tea Drinks.

We change our donuts specialty flavors on a rotational schedule. Donuts are made and glazed on site and we are looking for a team of staff members that are friendly, dedicated, and creative.

We’re looking for an amazing team member for front-of-house customer service and back-of-house kitchen staff in a fast-food environment with a limited menu. No experience necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking and packaging customer's donut and hotdog orders and preparing drinks
• Accurately processing all cash and credit card payments
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter area
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations at the counter and to ensure timely order delivery
• Assisting with bussing tables and maintaining dining area cleanliness

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions
• Experience in food service or quick service environments is a plus
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
