Moccasin Creek Country Club Under New Culinary Leadership
Moccasin Creek Country Club is entering a new chapter under the direction of our new Executive Chef. We are building a professional kitchen team centered on quality food, strong standards, organization, cleanliness, teamwork, and pride in our craft.
We are seeking experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks who want to be part of that growth.
What we're looking for:
Strong cooking fundamentals and knife skills
Commitment to proper food handling, sanitation and kitchen organization
Ability to execute consistently during service
Dependability and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate and work as part of a team
Willingness to learn new techniques and contribute ideas
Pride in maintaining a clean, organized workstation
Culinary experience preferred, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn matter
This is an opportunity to join a kitchen during a period of positive change and help establish the standards and culture that will define it moving forward.
Full-time and part-time positions available
Approximately 30 - 40 hours per week depending on position and availability.
