Responsibilities

- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care as needed.
Skills
