The Project Manager is responsible for supervising the operations of the assigned project through providing the necessary planning, communication, and coordination of efforts to ensure successful deliveries to our customers. Travel 100%
Responsibilities:
- Participate in planning meetings while the assigned project is active.
- Plan the delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment, and request necessary access for all team members for the success of the project.
- Monitor the progress of the project in charge to make the necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with the quality expected by the client.
- Manage the relationship with the client of the assigned project by maintaining continuous and effective communication and escalating risk situations, if necessary, to the Regional Manager.
- Ensure that the people in charge of the assigned project are properly trained and motivated to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently to achieve the organization's goals.
- Ensure a safe workplace that complies with OSHA, MOCA and Client's protocols and standards.
- Manage the budget assigned for the project by reviewing, controlling, and authorizing payments under their scope.
- Send the weekly master file and timecard approvals on time every Monday to feed the payroll.
- Ensure the closing process (delivery of equipment, pending payments, etc.) once the assigned project is completed.
- Efficiently inform the Execution Manager of any process issues involved with the development and deadlines, through the elaboration of reports with the objective of ensuring the project in progress.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering.
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) / Team Agility Certified/ Lean Six Sigma Certified or equivalent.
- Certified in Forklifts and Aerial equipment use.
- OSHA.
- 3 years of experience in project management and related experience.
- Deep understanding of project management skills, proficient in computer skills (CAD readers, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, project management software).
- Fluent English mandatory, Spanish preferred.
