Position Overview
We are hiring Field Employees, including Foreman and Finishers/Carpenters, to support ongoing projects across the country. This is a travel-based position designed for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship, enjoy hands-on fieldwork, and can work away from home on a set rotation schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Travel year-round to job sites across the U.S.
- Perform hands-on carpentry, finishing, concrete, and general field tasks
- Follow set travel schedules with predictable rotations home
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and project materials
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Foreman: Lead crews, coordinate on-site workflow, and support project planning

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in carpentry, finishing, concrete work, or related trades
- Strong understanding of equipment operation and site preparation
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications
- High attention to safety and adherence to industry standards
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to work outdoors and perform labor-intensive tasks
- Construction experience preferred; additional certifications are a plus
- Foreman: Prior leadership or job-site coordination experience
